Common Questions
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance, especially for weekend events. Peak season (spring and fall) fills up fast — reach out early to secure your date.
What do I need to provide?
Just a parking space large enough for the truck (roughly 2 standard parking spots) and access to a standard 110V power outlet. We handle everything else.
Can you come to our office parking lot?
Absolutely — that's our most common setup. We've parked at offices, campuses, warehouses, and outdoor venues across the Bay Area.
Is there a travel fee?
No travel fee for events within 30 miles of San Jose. Events beyond that range may include a small mileage fee — ask us when you request a quote.
What if it rains?
The truck is fully enclosed and weather-proof. Rain, fog, or Bay Area wind won't stop the fun.
